Duties
Make phone calls daily to generate new customers Some outside sales may be required to meet and introduce yourself to new customers Entering orders Run down product with suppliers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolve concerns Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries promptly and professionally, guiding customers or directing calls appropriately Requirements
Minimum of 3 years fastener sales experience is required, including but not limited to reading prints/drawings Individual must be able to work independently with little to no supervision Ability to generate and develop new customers is a must Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Knowledge of phone etiquette, upselling techniques, and math to enhance sales performance.
