Greet and engage customers; listen to needs; guide them through the design process with options, samples, and expert advice. Use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers and set clear expectations. Provide tailored solutions for each project, whether customers are DIYers or working with professionals. Advocate for customers by highlighting promotions, financing options, and advantages of Home Depot. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom to create a welcoming and safe environment. Follow up on project statuses and address questions throughout the project. Qualifications
Experience with kitchen and bath design or related design experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to interpret and present design options clearly. Proficiency with design tools and showroom products; ability to educate customers on products, services, and installation. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with teams. Position details
