Field Marketing & Events Associate, Enterprise – New York, NY. At Scale, we develop reliable AI systems for the world’s most important decisions. We seek a talented and motivated Field Marketing & Events Associate to support our Marketing & Communications team in event and field marketing initiatives, including third-party trade show sponsorships, Scale-hosted executive events, practitioner events and meetups, webinars, and Scale Leadership Summit. You will join a rapidly growing team with the opportunity to support event execution, impact lead generation and pipeline growth, and contribute to event programming with the largest names in AI. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for AI & technology. Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution: support the execution of global conferences and events, coordinating timelines, agendas, sponsorship activations, and on-site or virtual operations. Support event sponsorship programs by tracking assets, deliverables, and engagement opportunities across events and digital placements. Support Scale hosted event logistics, including executive dinners, happy hours and customer events. Coordinate/support Scale’s virtual event program (webinars, fireside chats). Maintain organized event plans, trackers, checklists, and internal documentation for smooth execution and visibility across teams. Partner with Product Marketing and design to coordinate collateral, signage, digital assets, and other event materials. Manage deliverables and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time. Assist with core operational tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product marketing, communications, growth marketing, brand, and EPD teams to articulate Scale AI’s vision and value proposition. Track event performance and provide detailed recaps, analytics, and recommendations for future optimization. Travel: willingness to travel up to 40% as required for event execution. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in event marketing and marketing campaign management, preferably within the technology sector. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing third-party relationships and contracts. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work across teams, including executive leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives and their teams. punctual, professional, reliable, highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Nice to Have

Experience with CMS and other sales/marketing platforms (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, virtual event platforms, etc.). Previous experience at a high-growth startup or technology company (AI is a plus). Compensation & Benefits

Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this full-time position in New York is $92,000 - $115,000 USD. Eligible employees also receive equity-based compensation where applicable, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO.
