Annual salary of around $60-65K depending on qualification Potential for annual bonus based on performance Full-time position, with benefits package (medical, dental and vision insurance) $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Receive company car Primary Responsibilities
Assists in training of sales staff as deemed necessary by District Manager May complete review sheets on sales staff during ride alongs. Assists Management to ensure execution of “Pizza 101” program throughout assigned district or region Supports routes by providing coverage of sales staff within districts and/or region for time off as needed Completes planograms and resets for accounts as specified Develops new accounts and able to understand and fill in for every position within district. Directly manages retail accounts which included conducting monthly business reviews with customers Stride towards achieving sales and contribution goals May assist with creating planograms and resets within district as needed. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years or older Must maintain valid CDL with air brake certification Ability to work individually and as a member of a team Organization and time management skills required Must be able to life 20-50lbs Note: This description reflects the duties and responsibilities of the position and is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of work responsibilities.
