Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Havre de Grace, MD. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to develop and execute impactful advertising and marketing solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, generating new business opportunities, creating proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The individual will also be tasked with analyzing performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and deliver campaigns efficiently. Qualifications Experience in sales, client relationship management, and account management. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service. Knowledge of marketing strategies, advertising, and digital media platforms. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics interpretation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and revenue goals. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in media advertising sales or a related industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
