Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful and compassionate manner

Keeping clients informed of their pet’s appointment journey from start to finish, from check in to discharge, including collecting records, medical histories, intake information, to creating and delivering estimates, collecting deposits, finalizing invoices, preparing medications and supplies for discharge, and delivering discharge information as appropriate

Prepare and review medical records accurately and completely

Educate and advise clients regarding PESCM's services and practices

Process invoices and payments accurately

Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing

About You

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting strongly preferred experience with animal handling

Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude are also a must

Ability to multi-task in a chaotic environment with completing needs

Ability to be compassionate at all times with upset and worried clientsAbility to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long‑term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.

Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected

Schedule

Friday through Monday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Thursday through Monday, 10:00pm - 6:30am

Salary $25.00 - $28.00/hr based on experience
