Catering Sales Manager

who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and executing memorable events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys

outside sales, networking, and turning prospects into long-term clients

while coordinating successful meetings, banquets, and social events. This position plays a key role in driving revenue through proactive sales efforts, cultivating repeat business, and ensuring exceptional event execution from the initial inquiry through the final billing. Key Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new catering and group business through

outside sales calls, networking, referrals, and industry events Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local organizations, and event planners Respond to inquiries for

meeting space, sleeping rooms, and food & beverage events Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through event completion Coordinate all event logistics including

menu planning, audiovisual needs, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution Conduct

site tours, client meetings, and property presentations Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activity within the CRM system Participate in weekly BEO and operations meetings to communicate upcoming event details Reconcile event billing and ensure client satisfaction following each program Develop and execute a sales action plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years of

hotel sales, catering sales, or event sales experience Strong

relationship-building and outside sales skills Ability to prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities Excellent organizational and communication abilities Comfortable managing multiple events and client accounts simultaneously Experience with

hotel systems such as Delphi and Opera

is a plus A hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven hospitality professional who enjoys
