Responsibilities
Secure orders from potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue opportunities to quote on customer requirements; increase sales volume with new and existing customers.
Utilize creative strategies to develop new growth opportunities and leads.
Demonstrate technical knowledge to understand and meet customer requirements.
Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization.
Develop and monitor a sales plan to achieve annualized personal and company goals.
Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and completeness; exceed customer expectations.
Apply strong negotiation skills and maintain margin discipline to meet company financial metrics.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales or account management.
Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
