Responsibilities and Duties We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Center Manager for the European Wax Center in the Raleigh Market, NC. The ideal candidate must meet and/or exceed the following:
Must have managerial experience with proven success
Must have sales experience
Must be able to meet and/or exceed monthly goals
Motivate and coach the team in reaching monthly goals
Maintain a positive, friendly, upbeat and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to hold team accountable
Organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and can multitask
Ability to handle any situations that arise within the wax center on short notice
Have reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment
Benefits
