Our first agency opened in 2004, and we’ve since grown to two office locations with a strong team of 13 members. I’ve been with State Farm since 1994 and held several roles along the way, including Sales Leader, which has helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.

Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Theresa Miley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
