Work closely with General Manager and owners on pricing, costing, and value propositions tailored to our capabilities (e.g., Cerakote, custom color matching, UV coatings). Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations to align customer needs with our technical capabilities and capacity. Maintain customer relationships for repeat business; serve as a trusted advisor to clients on finishing solutions. Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to the leadership team to guide business development and operations decisions. Provide regular reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to the GM and ownership. Qualifications
3–7 years of B2B sales experience in coatings, surface finishing, manufacturing, or a related technical industry Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a small, hands-on, family-owned business setting, collaborating daily with senior leadership Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits Self-starter mentality, with the ambition to take ownership of growth and develop business autonomously Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools preferred What Makes This Role Unique
