to help us grow our footprint across
the Atlantic City area and surrounding southern New Jersey markets . This is for someone who knows how to bring great energy into every room, build strong relationships, and create real momentum in market. What You’ll Be Doing
Be the face of DIME across dispensaries, events, and key retail accounts
Spend
90%+ of your time in market
driving from store to store, building relationships, and creating excitement around the brand
Support reorders, prospecting, in-store activations, demos, trainings, and brand events
Educate budtenders, managers, and customers on DIME products, effects, key SKUs, and brand story
Drop off samples, swag, and marketing materials to increase visibility and keep stores energized
Partner with the sales team to strengthen existing accounts and help open new opportunities
Submit clean, organized recaps after visits with insights, opportunities, and next steps
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is
outgoing, confident, reliable, and great with people
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Highly organized and able to manage your day independently while on the move
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Cannabis, events, retail, or brand ambassador experience is a plus, but not required
