Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Winchester, MA, for a Luxury Sales Professional. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing real estate transactions, and providing high-level customer service throughout the buying and selling process. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their real estate goals, preparing marketing strategies, coordinating property listings, and overseeing negotiations. The Luxury Sales Professional will also collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation
Strong knowledge of real estate processes, market analysis, and property marketing strategies
Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to continuously learn
Real estate license or the ability to obtain one is required
Prior experience in luxury real estate or the high-end market is a plus
