Lead integrations (APIs, data feeds, product catalogs, system dependencies) Design custom technical solutions including dashboards, exports, and workflows Support RFP/RFI technical responses and build scalable internal processes Partner with customers on optimization, automation, and performance validation Own the technical relationship for assigned enterprise accounts Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success Identify expansion opportunities through advanced technical use cases What The Hiring Team is Looking For

5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role within SaaS, AI, or martech Strong hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data systems Working knowledge of databases, analytics, and AI/ML concepts Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes Comfortable building process in fast-paced, scaling environments Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
