
Commercial Landscape Sales and Account Manager

Infinity Lawn & Landscape is a full-service maintenance provider for landscape installation and maintenance, swimming pool operations, and facility maintenance.
The Commercial Landscape Sales & Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through new commercial maintenance opportunities while ensuring high-quality service delivery for assigned accounts. This role combines strategic business development, relationship management, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of landscape maintenance programs. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new commercial maintenance opportunities to support company growth goals. Contact property owners, property managers, and existing clients to cross-sell or upsell landscape services for additional properties within their portfolios. Conduct outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person outreach to commercial management companies, HOAs, retail centers, municipalities, and corporate campuses to secure bid invitations. Monitor and respond to online Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid opportunities from cities, counties, school districts, municipal agencies, and government procurement portals. Assist with the development of the company’s commercial brand and marketplace presence. Participate actively in industry associations, networking groups, chambers of commerce, real estate organizations, and local government events to expand visibility and generate new relationships. Participate in strategic planning discussions related to commercial maintenance growth, pricing strategy, and market positioning. Track and report sales activity, conversion rates, monthly revenue goals, and retention metrics. Collaborate with Management to develop collateral, sales materials, and digital content supporting commercial business development. Commercial Maintenance Account Management
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of commercial maintenance accounts and execution of enhancements. Coordinate operations managers, productions managers, and crew leaders to ensure efficient scheduling of labor, equipment, and materials. Lead monthly check-in meetings with property managers to review performance, address concerns, provide updates, and identify opportunities for improvement. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through responsive communication, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving. Identify opportunities to recommend enhancements, turf improvements, seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, replacements of plant materials, and capital improvement projects. Prepare and deliver proposals for landscape enhancements or corrective work to increase property value and client satisfaction. Oversee turf care programs, including chemical applications, fertilization, pest control, and weed management, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations. Review and analyze crew time management data to improve labor efficiency, routing, and productivity. Assist in training teams on service standards, horticultural practices, and company protocols. Support safety initiatives and ensure that field operations meet compliance, quality, and performance standards.
