Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused
Director, Digital Technology Program Management
to lead our enterprise PMO and drive delivery across a rapidly expanding portfolio of corporate and product-facing technology initiatives. This leader will establish scalable governance, portfolio rigor, and execution discipline while enabling speed and adaptability in a fast-growing environment. This role partners closely with business executives, product teams, and technology leaders to translate enterprise priorities into well-structured programs and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PMO leader who excels at bringing order to complexity, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering large-scale transformation programs from strategy through operationalization.
Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the Digital Technology PMO strategy, structure, and operating model to support enterprise growth and transformation.
Establish scalable governance frameworks, delivery standards, and lifecycle methodologies (hybrid Agile/Waterfall).
Build a data-driven PMO with standardized reporting, portfolio analytics, and executive-level visibility.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of enterprise platforms, digital initiatives, and product-enabling technologies.
Drive portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and investment alignment with business strategy.
Ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital platforms.
Implement best-in-class program management practices, including integrated planning, financial oversight, and dependency management.
Develop proactive risk, issue, and change management frameworks.
Improve predictability of delivery, time-to-value, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
Lead executive steering reviews, portfolio governance forums, and decision-making cadences.
Translate technical and delivery data into business impact insights.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing PMO organization (program managers, project managers, analysts).
Establish career paths, competency frameworks, and PM capability development programs.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Standardize PM tools, templates, and systems (PPM, financial tracking, reporting dashboards).
Drive maturity in resource management, financial governance, and delivery metrics.
Champion automation and operational efficiency within PMO processes.
Formalize the PMO operating model across Digital Technology and establish a governance cadence with executive visibility.
Improve delivery predictability and reduce program risk exposure.
Deliver standardized reporting and portfolio dashboards.
Build a strong PMO talent bench with defined development paths.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management within enterprise technology environments
5+ years leading or scaling a PMO organization
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs
Experience managing large-scale enterprise systems initiatives (ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure)
Strong financial acumen, including portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive levels
Expertise in hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or similar)
Experience working with global teams and external system integrators
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.)
Experience supporting product or digital technology organizations
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay between $200,000- $260,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
