Phantom Brands is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer early in their career who has hands‑on experience across branding, packaging, social media content and web design, and is excited to work with both traditional design tools and AI‑powered workflows. What You’ll Do Design and support packaging graphics for physical products Create and update website designs and digital assets Develop visual content for digital and print marketing materials Collaborate closely with senior designers, sales teams, and the marketing team in-house Utilize AI tools to assist with ideation, design exploration, and production Maintain brand consistency across all projects Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detail What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in Shopify Packaging design experience (professional or portfolio-based) Experience creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok Experience using AI tools in a design or creative workflow Strong eye for design, layout, color, and typography Excellent attention to detail and visual precision Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate efficiently Nice to Have Experience with additional Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) Familiarity with marketing or e‑commerce brands Understanding of responsive web design or UX fundamentals Why Phantom Brands Collaborative in‑house creative environment Opportunity to grow under experienced designers Hands‑on involvement in real product launches and brand development Exposure to modern design tools and AI‑enhanced workflows To apply: Please submit your resume and portfolio demonstrating packaging and website design work here.
