We are looking for a talented In-House Graphic Designer to take charge of our visual identity across all platforms. This hands-on, high-visibility position involves creating social media assets, digital campaigns, in-store marketing materials, menu designs, packaging, and much more.

Position Overview
The In-House Graphic Designer will develop and uphold cohesive brand visuals across our various restaurant concepts. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, operations, leadership, and social media teams to produce high-quality creative materials that foster engagement, drive traffic, and increase revenue.
This position demands both innovative ideas and disciplined execution.
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Identity
- Develop and sustain brand guidelines across all restaurant concepts
- Design logos, sub-brands, and campaign identities
- Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Evolve brand visuals while maintaining brand integrity
Digital & Social Media Design
- Create daily social media graphics and motion assets
- Design paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Develop email marketing graphics
- Produce short-form animated assets (Reels/TikTok graphics preferred)
- Optimize designs for platform specifications and performance
Print & In-Store Materials
- Design menus (both print and digital boards)
- Create posters, table tents, window clings, signage, and promotional materials
- Develop packaging graphics
- Prepare production-ready files for vendors and printers
Campaign & Promotional Creative
- Design assets for grand openings, limited-time offers, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and execution
- Create launch kits for new store openings
Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with social media strategists and photographers
- Provide creative direction for photoshoots and video content
- Select and edit images as needed
Production & Asset Management
- Maintain organized design files and a brand asset library
- Ensure proper formatting for print and digital output
- Manage version control and deadlines across multiple projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
- After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Canva (working knowledge acceptable)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for social media and paid advertising
- Familiarity with print production standards and file preparation
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior
- Able to juggle multiple brands and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail branding
- Motion graphics experience
- Basic photography or photo editing skills
- Understanding of Meta ad creative best practices
- Familiarity with website UI/UX design principles
- Experience managing freelancers or external creatives
