Position Overview
Join our team as a Visual Merchandiser, where your creativity and craftsmanship will shine! This role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining captivating product displays that enhance the shopping experience. We offer both full-time and part-time positions to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Department Manager to design and assemble engaging store product displays.
• Adhere to company policies and perform your duties in a professional and ethical manner.
• Produce 20 - 25 displays weekly to keep our merchandise visually appealing.
• Coordinate with the Inventory Control Specialist for inventory management and write-off submissions.
• Plan and create a monthly calendar of upcoming displays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in construction or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven commitment to safety regulations and adherence to established policies.
• Experience in woodworking, tile setting, and the use of power and basic hand tools.
• Strong measuring skills to ensure accuracy in constructions.

Working Conditions
This position may involve exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level is typically moderate.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20 - 30 pounds of force frequently. You will be required to frequently stand, walk, reach, climb, and kneel as part of your duties.

Store Operating Hours
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
