Responsibilities Recruit, manage and develop publisher relationships on behalf of advertisers, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, disseminating offers and promotions, and providing account updates to an advertiser's growing publisher base.
Help advertisers maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate spend by building and interpreting program performance data.
Coordinate with Media Buyers and Planners to execute Media Plans on behalf of clients, managing budget allocation, ensuring implementation of media, coordinating with affiliate publishers, and platform enablement.
Build relationships with long-tail clients (publishers) to foster long-term success.
Identify and classify opportunities by Audience and Buyer types, developing materials to promote opportunities internally and externally to clients.
Develop and inform processes for network scale and media enablement.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers
Experience with basic negotiation or relationship-building, such as working with vendors or partners during internships or part-time roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational/project management skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional information This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range: $50,065.00 - $63,200.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
