Location: Palo Alto - Onsite 1 day per week
Contract

About the Role
We're seeking a talented Video Editor to support ongoing projects on a part-time, hourly basis. This role involves crafting high-quality video content and animations that effectively communicate creative objectives and engage diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into polished, professional video content
- Develop motion graphics and animations
- Work closely with creative partners to understand project goals and visual direction
- Maintain organized media libraries and project files
- Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high production quality
- Manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in media production or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in video editing and animation
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (required)
- Strong knowledge of editing fundamentals, pacing, and narrative flow
- Experience with motion graphics and animation workflows
- Excellent attention to detail, color correction, and audio sync
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Experience with After Effects or similar animation tools
- Familiarity with audio editing or sound design
- A portfolio showcasing a range of video formats and styles
