Role: UI/UX Eclipse RCP/SWT Developer

- We are looking for a UI/UX-focused Eclipse RCP / SWT Developer to design and build high-performance applications using Eclipse RCP, OSGi, SWT, and JFace. You will work closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces. This role requires strong desktop UI engineering skills combined with practical UX understanding to create seamless, efficient user experiences.
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline, and minimum 10+ years of related experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Eclipse RCP development (plugins, features, products).
- Solid understanding of OSGi concepts: bundles, lifecycle, services, dependency management.
- Strong expertise in SWT (layouts, events, widgets, custom controls).
- Good working knowledge of JFace (viewers, dialogs, wizards, actions).
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+), OOP, design patterns.
- Experience with UI responsiveness/performance: background jobs, avoiding UI freezes, large dataset handling.
