About Your Role:

Affinity Solutions is seeking a UX Designer with experience in designing end-to-end, enterprise-scale applications. This individual will partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative, user-centered experiences that leverage emerging technologies, as well as best UX practices and modern design tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
• Translate business and user requirements into clear, scalable, end-to-end design solutions for enterprise applications
• Produce design artifacts including concepts, wireframes, user flows, UI designs, and interactive prototypes at multiple fidelity levels
• Iterate based on insights from research findings, usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to design standards, including interaction specifications, UX documentation, and component usage guidelines
• Incorporate emerging and AI-enabled tools to improve design workflow and outcomes
• Present design decisions and articulate rationale, trade-offs, and expected user impact to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects, taking ownership of high-quality deliverables from exploration through handoff

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 4+ years of UX design experience, including 1-2 years working on enterprise-scale applications
• Proficiency with Figma and Figma-based prototyping tools
• Portfolio demonstrating complex workflows, data-intensive interfaces, and/or dashboard-heavy products
• Experience working within an established component library and contributing to new components when needed
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on presenting design approaches, decisions, and alternatives
• Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end frameworks sufficient for effective collaboration with engineering (coding not required)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using AI-based design tools to enhance workflow, with an understanding of appropriate and responsible use
  • Background designing products in finance, marketing, or similarly data-rich environments

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
Office Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
