Route Sales Driver - Servomation Pennsylvania Payroll
Join our team as a Route Driver/Account Representative, where you'll play a key role in servicing customer locations, restocking vending machines and markets, ensuring product quality, and representing our company with professionalism. What You'll Do As a Route Driver/Account Representative, you'll independently manage a daily route and ensure our customers receive excellent service. Key responsibilities include: Daily Route & Safety Safely operate a company vehicle, following all traffic laws and driving best practices. Inspect the truck before and after each route and report any issues. Maneuver in and out of receiving docks, service bays, tight corners, and high-traffic areas. Stocking & Merchandising Load and unload product between the warehouse and truck. Restock vending machines and markets, ensuring they are clean, full, organized, and functioning properly. Rotate products to maintain freshness and uphold quality and sanitation standards. Maintain accurate inventory counts, reporting usage, waste, and returning unused stock. Service & Maintenance Perform minor machine maintenance (clearing jams, updating pricing, etc.). Clean machines as needed and balance coin tubes. Resolve basic equipment issues and report any major repair needs. Cash Handling & Accountability Collect and transport cash from machines and markets. Make accurate entries in handheld devices and ensure pricing matches across systems. Customer Experience Support customer needs promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready presentation at all times. Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment.
