Personal Assistant To The COO
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our COO. She is a fast-moving, big-picture thinker who is constantly coming up with ideas and finding solutions. The right person for this role is smart, dependable, and able to figure things out independently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping a dynamic leader operate at her best. Responsibilities include managing a variety of personal and professional tasks, coordinating travel, handling errands, and supporting projects that require attention to detail and thoughtful execution. Responsibilities Anticipate the COO's needs and proactively solve problems Book and coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and itineraries Run errands and coordinate personal and office needs (meals, supplies, etc.) Curate and order thoughtful gifts for staff, partners, and special occasions Research and purchase items as requested Ensure the office and workspace remain organized and well-stocked Communicate with vendors, staff, and partners when needed Track tasks and follow up to ensure projects and details are completed efficiently What We Are Looking For Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Intellegent, resourceful, and able to figure things out independently A self-starter who notices what needs to be done without direction Creative and thoughtful when handling gifts, planning details, or problem-solving Reliable, hardworking, and positive Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous assistant, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance
