Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) serve as the front-line ambassadors of the company, delivering a welcoming and professional experience to all FBO clientele. They ensure the facilityincluding restrooms, pilot lounge, and conference roomis consistently clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready. CSRs manage client interactions by processing payments, tracking landing fees across multiple payment methods, monitoring flight activity, and coordinating reservations to support smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and update fuel pricing (CAA, Everest, retail) weekly and with each new fuel delivery Communicate updated fuel pricing to Accounting and Management Track and report landing fees (KJVY) weekly Prepare and submit weekly billed fuel/trips report Enter and manage PFA trip data Coordinate aircraft reservations and transportation needs Confirm rental car reservations and alternate travel arrangements Process daily billing transactions in X1 Update and manage discount rules in X1 Resolve daily transaction discrepancies Communicate with Finance regarding pricing and billing questions Maintain secure records of usernames and passwords Order and pick up weekly stock for FBO and PFA Organize and maintain FBO closets and stockrooms Restock concessions and order ice Manage dry cleaning needs as needed Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, lobby, pilot lounge, and conference room Prepare refreshments: lemon water, popcorn, and cookies Water indoor plants and maintain welcoming facility environment Answer incoming calls and support customer inquiries Monitor Unicom and communicate flight activity Play music in facility bathrooms and hallways Organize and support special events Issue and manage customer cards Provide training on X1 for line service team Requirements Preferred Qualifications 1-3 Years as a CSR in an airport / FBO setting Required Qualifications Excellent communication skills 1-3 years of customer service in a professional environment Availability to work multiple schedules including weekends Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Varies depending on business needs Education: HS Diploma Software Experience: Outlook and Microsoft Suite X1 experience is a plus!
