Requirements
Must have:
Over 5 years of graphic design experience, particularly in training, enablement, or educational content design (for corporate, franchise, or internal audiences)
Demonstrated ability to convert text-heavy content into modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly templates
Advanced skills in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint, including the creation of reusable layouts, master templates, and component-based systems
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout systems, typography, spacing, and iconography to enhance learning and clarity
Proven track record of developing brand-aligned design systems, including templates, page types, reusable components, and style guidelines
Experience in designing for various learning formats, including E-learning modules, playbooks, manuals, and instructor-led training presentations
Capability to translate a creative vision into a cohesive, scalable design system that can be refreshed and reused quarterly
Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to brand consistency and quality control across all projects
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify content needs and make design iterations
Ability to produce assets that are intuitive for non-designers to update and maintain
Responsibilities:
Create and deliver templates for franchise and internal playbooks, ensuring consistent layouts, page types, iconography, callouts, and visual hierarchy
Design templates for e‑learning modules that replace traditional documentation with modern, graphics-focused learning content
Develop PowerPoint presentation templates for instructor‑led training, including slide layouts, section dividers, visual components, and reusable styles
Interpret a creative direction into a refreshed visual style and reusable design system (fonts, spacing, layouts, components)
Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend content requirements and produce templates that are easy to modify each quarter
Generate polished visual assets that meet business/training needs while ensuring brand consistency and quality control
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a short‑term contract role that allows for 30‑40 hours of work per week for more than 60 days, fully remote.
