An experienced auto damage estimator (2 or more years) with a current and valid PA appraisers license is needed to join Central City Toyota Collision Center, a well-established, consistently busy, family-run Toyota collision center located in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation for the right candidate is $80,000.00 to 120,000.00 per year, paid weekly, plus monthly bonus opportunities. Responsibilities
Greet and close customers professionally and courteously Schedule repairs and coordinate the ordering of parts Manage the entire claim and collision repair process from start to finish Work with insurance companies including Progressive and State Farm direct repair programs Utilize CCC and Mitchell Estimating programs proficiently and follow DRP procedures Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auto damage estimator Current and valid PA appraiser's license Proficient with CCC and Mitchell Estimating software Experience working with DRP procedures and insurance carriers Progressive and State Farm Outstanding people skills and ability to manage customer interactions Benefits
