Life Enrichment Assistant
Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver's premier senior living communities, is seeking an outgoing Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Independent Living Life Enrichment team. In this role, you will work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to plan, organize, and lead meaningful activities that support the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs of our residents. You will help create a variety of engaging experiences designed to enhance each resident's quality of life, promote wellness, and foster a supportive, vibrant community. This is a full time position working Sunday through Thursday. Benefits: 3 weeks of paid time off a year Medical insurance including vision and dental 100% employer paid life and long-term disability insurance Accident and short-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Sunny Day emergency savings account with employer match Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in planning, developing, organizing, conducting, and evaluating the independent living life enrichment program Participate in the development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments Invite and encourage residents to attend and participate in daily activities Conduct weekend activities Involve the resident/family in planning activities that meet the goals and objectives of the resident Qualifications: 1 year experience or training preferred providing life enrichment activities preferred Experience working with the senior population preferred Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 an hour based on experience
