UX Designer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work (web applications, mobile apps, etc.).
• Experience with Blazor (knowledge of Blazor components, layout patterns, and integrations).
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better understand design constraints and collaboration with development teams.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles.
• Ability to create user-centric designs that meet both business goals and user needs.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs. Roles & Responsibilities 1. UI/UX Design: Design and enhance user interfaces for web applications using the Blazor framework, ensuring consistency with branding and best design practices. 2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively. 3. User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs based on user feedback. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers to translate product requirements into engaging and functional designs. 5. Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across different projects. 6. Responsive Design: Design for a variety of screen sizes, ensuring consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. 7. UI Development Support: Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately in the Blazor framework, providing design assets and specifications.

Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year #LI-OJ1
