About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for its in-house creative and media agency. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong passion for sales, particularly in the realm of advertising and creative services. This role is pivotal in representing the firm throughout the new business process, with a primary focus on closing business and growing client relationships. The EVP will be responsible for leading the sales process, fostering client relationships, and working closely with the creative and media teams to deliver impactful presentations and proposals. A mature network and the ability to bring in new business opportunities are essential, as is a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.

Applicants must have at least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in sales, business development, or a related position, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role requires an in-depth understanding of and experience in selling creative, content strategy, and advertising across various channels. Familiarity with the production and creative development process is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, and experience in an agency environment is highly preferred.
