About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for AI Strategy and Enablement. This pivotal role is focused on establishing and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and machine learning capabilities within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for treating data as a strategic asset and ensuring that the use of artificial intelligence delivers measurable value in clinical, operational, financial, and experiential aspects. A key aspect of the role is to maintain alignment with the overall organizational strategy and to deliver AI solutions that are clinically relevant, ethically grounded, and provide a clear return on investment.
The AVP will work in close partnership with executive leadership, clinicians, informaticists, researchers, and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases for AI and oversee the successful implementation of AI solutions at scale. This includes evaluating both internally and externally developed AI solutions and advancing their use across the AI platform. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will be a forward-thinking, transformational leader with a strong background in AI and machine learning, particularly in the context of healthcare. A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across various stakeholders are essential for this role.
