Veterinary Customer Service Representative South Shore Animal Hospital | Full-Time | $18-$22/hour

South Shore Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team of caring professionals! You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy problem-solving, communicate clearly and intentionally, and are looking to work in a supportive, team-focused veterinary hospital.

What You'll Do: Deliver best-in-class client service in person, over the phone, and digitally Manage phone and digital communications efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments thoughtfully Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient care Handle billing and financial transactions accurately Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting strongly preferred Available to work on Saturdays A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing high-quality client care

Benefits: The base hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00/hour. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
