Aloe Up sunscreen is a premium sunscreen brand that mainly services independent retailers in the golf, resort, and outdoor markets. We are a small team doing big things so every person matters. We are passionate about producing the best feeling sunscreen on the market and have been making product people love since 1983. We are looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist who can elevate our brand visually while supporting marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels. The Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets and supporting integrated marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness and drive product sales. This role combines creative design execution with hands‑on marketing support , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both visual storytelling and performance‑driven marketing. You will collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. Responsibilities Design marketing assets including: Social media graphics and ad creatives Email marketing templates Website banners and landing page visuals Retail displays and packaging support Print collateral (sell sheets, brochures, trade show materials) Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual communications. Edit and optimize images for digital marketing campaigns and product listings. Support new product launches with creative design assets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience). 1–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a hybrid creative role. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and marketing assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience designing for social media, web, and digital advertising. Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and content marketing. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
