Seeking a Graphic Design/Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and regions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Services, this role will serve as a key operational partner within a lean marketing team, helping bring campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials to life across digital, events, and sales channels.
The role will work closely with leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure marketing assets are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
DURATION: temp to hire
HOURLY RATE: 40-50/hr (DOE)
LOCATION: Hybrid; Monrovia, CA (on-site Tues/Wed/Thus)
What You’ll Do
Design and compile high-impact sales presentations and decks for internal meetings, tradeshows, and major company events
Create marketing collateral including sales sheets, digital ads, web graphics, and promotional materials
Support advertising campaigns by preparing creative assets, organizing files, and tracking deliverables
Design and deploy email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
Produce social media graphics and content based on provided copy and creative direction
Assist with corporate event marketing , including meeting logos, presentation design, and event materials
Maintain and update product spec sheets, product data books, and marketing assets across print, digital files, and websites
Coordinate website updates including product downloads, spec sheets, and tradeshow content
Design branded promotional items such as hats, coolers, and other merchandise
Organize and maintain Dropbox files, marketing assets, and master Excel tracking documents
What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, or marketing production within a B2B environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, digital marketing assets, and branded collateral
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing creative work with administrative coordination
