A global logistics and freight forwarding organization is seeking a
Key Account Manager
to manage and grow strategic accounts within the
Consumer & Retail sector . This role will focus on strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding integrated supply chain solutions across assigned customers. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned strategic accounts. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams. Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue across the account portfolio. Collaborate with internal product, pricing, and operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. Support customer onboarding, proposals, and responses to RFQs/RFPs. Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements
8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services. Minimum 5 years managing key accounts or business development. Strong commercial mindset and relationship management skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
