Job description Videographer/Editor Omaha, NE (On‑site) Full‑Time Reports to: Director of Marketing Bring Play to Life on Camera Fat Brain Toys is looking for a talented Videographer to create compelling, performance‑driven video content that helps families discover “A Smarter Way to Play.” If you love the craft of production and editing and get excited seeing your work directly influence engagement, conversion, and brand growth this role is for you. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Brand, and Creative to bring our award‑winning toys to life across Amazon, DTC, paid media, social, YouTube, and global retail platforms. We’re looking for someone hands‑on, detail‑oriented, creatively curious, and energized by building great work in a fast‑moving environment. What You’ll Do Produce & Shoot Execute video shoots from planning through delivery Operate camera, lighting, audio, and staging Coordinate basic shot lists, props, and production logistics ✂️ Edit & Finish Edit from rough cut to final delivery Color correct, level audio, and add motion graphics as needed Create platform‑specific versions for Amazon, DTC, paid social, and YouTube Collaborate Work closely with the Director of Marketing and creative team Support product launches with strong visual storytelling Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions Manage Assets Maintain organized project files and video libraries Support YouTube uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and formatting Deliver assets optimized for multiple platforms What Success Looks Like Video content is polished, on‑brand, and delivered on time Product storytelling is clear, engaging, and aligned to platform goals Video contributes to improved engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion performance Production days run efficiently Editing supports marketing timelines and campaign launches You become a trusted creative contributor who understands both craft and results Qualifications 1–4 years of professional videography experience Strong hands‑on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent) Experience creating product, social, advertising, or brand video Strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling Portfolio showcasing product or brand work Nice to Have Experience with performance marketing creative (Amazon, Meta, YouTube) Basic motion graphics skills Photography experience Familiarity with toy, consumer product, or eCommerce brands Industry Retail Employment Type Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
