Marketing Analytics Summer Internship (Paid) Motom, Inc. | Posted Mar 13 | Internship | New York | Negotiable | Entry (0-2 yrs)

About Motom Motom (https://company.motom.me/) is where creators and brands collaborate to drive commerce. Through Motom’s multi‑brand storefronts and our white‑label social commerce B2B platform,

Anchor , we help creators and brands collaborate in easier, more impactful ways.

We’re a small but fast‑growing team building the future of the creator economy — and we’re looking for a motivated summer intern to join us.

About the Role As the Marketing Analytics Intern, you'll dig into the numbers that power Motom's creator and affiliate ecosystem. Working closely with the Partner Strategy & Execution team, you'll track performance, surface insights, and help translate data into decisions — giving brands and creators a clearer picture of what’s working and why.

This is a paid opportunity. Candidates should be available for 15 hours per week from the end of May to mid-August in New York, NY, with some hours in our NoMad office.

What You’ll Do

Pull, clean, and analyze affiliate performance reports across creator and brand partnerships

Monitor key metrics and flag trends worth acting on

Build and maintain dashboards or tracking sheets to keep data organized and current

Support case study development by synthesizing performance data into compelling narratives

Ensure creator and brand data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across internal systems

Research creator profiles and identify top performers to spotlight based on data signals

Assist with competitive and trend research, translating findings into actionable insights

Prep, attend, and recap creator and client meetings with a data lens

Who We're Looking For

Rising college senior or recent graduate

Comfort working with data — spreadsheets, pivot tables, and performance dashboards

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or similar)

Strong interest in the creator economy, affiliate marketing, and social commerce

Detail‑oriented and rigorous — you catch discrepancies and care about data integrity

Clear communicator who can translate numbers into plain‑language insights

Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions and working through ambiguity

What You’ll Get

Real‑world experience analyzing performance in the creator and affiliate marketing space

Exposure to both creator‑facing and client‑facing business functions

Fluency in the metrics that drive creator economy decisions

Mentorship from leaders in creator partnerships and marketing tech
