Responsibilities
Complete our Launch Program
Run lead generation systems weekly
Chat with buyers, seal deals with buyer agreements, and find homes
Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Keep track of tasks and activities using our tech tools
Host two open houses each month
Turn lead generation efforts into appointments
Engage in weekly script practice following team standards
Participate in team events as per team guidelines
Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions, training sessions, and the Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market their homes
Demonstrate your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
Must have Real Estate License
Qualifications You're a self‑driven sales pro with a knack for competition. Great at connecting with people, you listen well and always find the right solutions. You shine in prospecting and generating leads, and handling objections is second nature to you. You communicate clearly and are dedicated to providing top‑notch service.
Team‑oriented
Licensed in real estate

Excellent at both writing and speaking
