Live Stream Sales Host INFLUENCER (Whatnot / TikTok Live) – Beauty Industry Love Being on Camera? Turn Your Personality into Sales. The PCA Group of Companies is expanding into the exciting world of live commerce, and we’re looking for dynamic, confident, and engaging Live Stream Sales Hosts to help us sell beauty products through livestream platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Live.

If you’re someone who loves talking about beauty products, connecting with audiences, and creating entertaining content — this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll be hosting live shopping events, interacting with viewers in real time, demonstrating products, and helping turn viewers into buyers.

This is one of the fastest-growing sales channels in retail, and we’re building a team that thrives on personality, energy, and strong product storytelling.

This position is in-person at our Ronkonkoma, NY location.

As the beauty industry rapidly shifts toward social commerce and live selling, we are building a team focused on creating engaging live shopping experiences that connect brands directly with consumers.

What You’ll Do Responsibilities include:

Hosting livestream shopping shows on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok Live

Presenting and demonstrating beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products

Engaging with viewers in real time by answering questions and highlighting product benefits

Encouraging purchases through live auctions, promotions, and product bundles

Creating an energetic and entertaining livestream experience

Collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams to plan products, pricing, and promotions

Helping grow our follower base and audience engagement on livestream platforms

Reviewing sales performance and engagement metrics after each show

Coordinating with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing

Livestream Schedule Each show typically runs 3–4 hours.

Additional livestream opportunities may be available based on performance and demand.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:

Comfortable on camera and speaking to an audience

Energetic, confident, and naturally engaging

A strong communicator with a sales-driven mindset

Quick thinking and able to respond to live viewer questions

Passionate about beauty, skincare, fragrance, or cosmetics

Comfortable creating an interactive shopping experience

Bonus Points If You Have

TikTok Live selling or social commerce livestreams

Whatnot livestream selling

Instagram Live or live selling on social platforms

Beauty retail experience (Sephora, Ulta, department store beauty counters)

Influencer marketing or beauty content creation

Brand ambassador or product demonstration roles

Sales or customer‑facing retail experience

Experience building a following on social media platforms

Compensation $20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience.
