About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2011 after working as a mortgage banker, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and relationship-building into agency ownership. I attended the University of Hawaii, played college baseball, and today I’m married with five children. Faith, family, and finances are core values in both my life and the way our agency operates. Outside the office, I enjoy martial arts and staying active. Our team includes seven members who work closely together and genuinely enjoy the environment we’ve built. We offer Casual Fridays, PTO, a Simple IRA plan with 2% match, and 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits. Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
