Estates Relationship Specialist

As part of our specialized Estate Services team, you’ll guide trustees, executors, and heirs, as well as attorneys, and internal partners, through Estate and Divorce processes with clarity, empathy, and sound judgment. As an Estates Relationship Specialist, you own and resolve estate cases end to end by reviewing and processing legal documentation, mitigating financial and legal risk, and guiding clients, attorneys, and internal partners through estate‑related inquiries. You deliver accurate, empathetic, and client‑focused service primarily through phone, email, and written communications while completing detailed processing work within internal systems. The role requires thorough data gathering and research, attention to detail, and sound judgment to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. You effectively manage time and workload, navigate multiple systems, collaborate closely with colleagues, and take initiative to move cases forward. Through continuous learning and openness to feedback, you contribute to high‑quality outcomes for clients and ongoing improvement for the team.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year operational experience in call center, legal or financial services including brokerage, banking, legal/paralegal, or research
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related area (will consider relevant work experience)
Ability to learn, apply and retain new information and skills with an emphasis on understanding state regulations and limits
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal partners by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and conveying information in a way that supports understanding
Follows established processes and workflows to ensure thoroughness while tracking open items and following through on commitments made to clients
Comfort with running multiple programs on dual monitors while remaining organized and efficient. Familiarity with technical programs/systems and ability to learn and adjust to new systems
Identifies the information needed to clarify a client’s issue, asks clear and thoughtful questions to gather accurate details, confirms understanding, and uses the information collected to determine appropriate next steps or resolutions
Desire for continuous improvement and openness to feedback and coaching
Preferred Qualifications
Active Series 7 & 63 licenses
1–2 years’ experience working with estates distribution or retirement topics
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
