Responsibilities
Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
Controls service traffic flow and parking.
Assists service advisors when needed
Clean and wash customer cars and loaner fleet
Adhere to all customer service processes
Gas vehicles as needed
Maintain & cleanthe car wash bay and service shop
Qualifications
Self motivated
Fast mover & Multi-tasker
Punctual
Professional conduct and appearance
Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
