Reports To: Senior Creative Production Manager, Creative Services Job Description The Motion/Graphic Designer will be a part of a dynamic creative team producing high-impact cinema advertising and marketing content through a blend of sophisticated animation and expert static graphic design. Key Responsibilities Produce high-end motion graphics for cinema advertising, marketing campaigns, and social platforms. Manage and execute multiple projects concurrently, balancing tight deadlines with high-quality output. Design and create graphics for corporate presentations, marketing materials, and ad-hoc brand assets. Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends to ensure all creative work is cutting-edge. Qualifications Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics/Animation, or a related field. A dynamic showreel demonstrating a strong background in motion graphics, design, and varied creative styles. Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects. Proven experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent professional suite. Design & Layout: Strong typesetting and layout skills with a solid understanding of typography and composition. Expert-level Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, specifically creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations. Experience with 3rd party motion plugins (e.g., Red Giant). 3D animation experience using Cinema 4D or equivalent is a significant plus. Ability to think creatively and produce high-quality content under short deadlines with minimal instruction.
