Salary Grade: 48

Salary Range: $71,925.00 - $93,375.00 (actual salary will be set based on qualifications, experience, and internal comparison)

Position Type: Full‑Time/Regular

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications A minimum of a B.A./B.S. is required with 3–5 years of related work experience. A master’s degree in higher education administration or project management is preferred. The candidate must exhibit a strong professional work ethic, fiduciary experience in budget management, positive and friendly attitude, willingness to perform multiple tasks requiring careful judgment, tact, and understanding of organizational procedures and stakeholder needs. Familiarity with the BUMC/BU environment is desired, along with efficiency in time management, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially in preparing and verifying important documents. Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality are required. Attention to detail and the ability to write and edit documents are preferred. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, judgment, integrity, flexibility, and creativity, as well as a positive and collaborative attitude, are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Required Skills Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams), social media platforms, and web‑based document sharing platforms (Google Docs, Box.com, etc.). Strong Excel proficiency is desired. Experience with WordPress and website maintenance is preferred. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences, client groups, and all levels of management are required. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to review and analyze complex information are desired. Must demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and ability to adjust to individual needs of students, staff, and faculty.
