The company has built a reputation for best-in-class SaaS platforms serving healthcare providers nationwide and is known for a strong culture grounded in values like service, integrity, and teamwork.
We are looking for an Implementation Manager who enjoys guiding clients through onboarding and helping organizations adopt new technology successfully.
What You Would Do
Lead new client onboarding and implementation projects.
Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer success.
Train and guide clients through go-live.
Ensure strong early adoption of the platform.
What Helps You Succeed
SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
Strong client communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Healthcare software, EMR/EHR, or API experience is helpful but not required.
This is a high-visibility role in a PE-backed company entering a major growth phase.

Greater Bridgeport / Shelton CT
Salary:
$90K – $100K
