Our Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) team is responsible for analyzing and advising on client rewards programs - including compensation, fringe benefits, and retirement benefits programs. Their role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions that meet the organization's and its employees' long-term financial goalsthat comply with tax and employment rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Analyze and design employee rewards programs to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Assist in developing client deliverables, including detailed reports and presentations, explaining complex concepts.

Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with management.

Collaborate with clients to develop cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.

Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, math, accounting, statistics, or other related field, or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax and/or employment law.

Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).

Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.

Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and effectively communicate findings.

This is an exempt position that may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
