Role Description The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, performing showings, lease administration and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
This role will require a real estate license. You must be licensed in DC and MD by your start date.

Ability to work independently and in a team
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Real estate license in DC and MD by start date
