Director of Finance And Accounting

We are seeking a Controller for an organization of less than $100M in revenue. Must be hands‑on with month end close, multiple entities, and managing a small team. Experience in budgeting and forecasting is beneficial as you will closely work with the CFO. There is a path to VP and CFO in future as they continue to grow.
Salary: $150,000 to $170,000 + 20% bonus
Work Schedule:
hybrid - 3 days in office near uptown
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
CPA is required - inactive CPA certifications accepted
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
