Overview
A growing commercial real estate platform is hiring a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets offering strong visibility and career growth. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations across multiple assets while partnering with leadership to enhance portfolio performance. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across a diversified commercial portfolio Manage budgets, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations Lead and develop property managers and maintenance staff Coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, and vendor relationships Ensure strong tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency Support transitions from acquisition → stabilization Collaborate with leadership on strategy, performance, and growth Requirements
5+ years of commercial property management experience Experience with office, retail, and/or industrial assets Strong financial skills: budgeting, reporting, CAM Experience supervising property managers and/or maintenance teams Proven ability to manage tenant relationships and vendors Background in third‑party property management preferred Nice to Have
Multifamily exposure Capital projects or TI experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field What They’re Looking For
